The Bear Trap is a non-playable entity in EvoWorld.io. It was added on 30 October 2025.
Appearance[]
The Bear Trap appears as a steel circle. It has two serrated jaw-like parts on it.
Behavior[]
Four bear traps appear in the Jungle, with one of them above ground and three of them underground. Another appears in the Arctic and underground in the Iced Cave. In the Grassland, one is found in a cave near one of the Pit of Fire's entrance. If any player (except a Ghost) touches it, it will close down on the player, temporarily immobilize them, and they will lose some health.
Trivia[]
- When a bear trap closes on a player, it will say "CHNK!", "CLNK!", "KLNK!", or "KTCH!".
- The bear trap's hitbox is smaller than its sprite.
- Ghosts will still be affected by the bear trap's immobilization effects, but they cannot take damage from it.
