Below is a list of entities that can eat the Cat, and the EXP that the predators of the Cat will gain. The base EXP is that for a player with no bonuses. Entities with an orange background and asterisk (*) below can mutually be damaged by the Cat.

Behavior

Spawns near the city, and inside and outside buildings, towers, and pyramids. Remains stationary, unaffected by gravity, and apparently sleeping. Occasionally spawns Dungs. It takes 20 seconds to respawn.

Strategies and Info

The Cat is a great source of XP for the lower tiers (such as the Eagle), but becomes less useful in the higher tiers (such as the Phoenix). The cat is great for mosquitoes if you don't want to constantly move around while trying to eat the Pig. The Dung it spawns is great for Flies, but less useful for Swamp Monsters. The small patch of Grassland next to the Arctic has two Cats, making it great for Daily Quests. Cats do not have much demand, as not many characters can eat them. However, the Cats near the Arctic are in high demand and are often eaten very soon after they appear since a lot of high tiers are found in the arctic.

Trivia

• Cats will occasionally say "ZzZz..." or "ZzZzZz..."
• It comes from sprites from a dog who is named Toby in another game. Just the appearance looks like the cat.
  • The original assets showed that cat's waking up and running sprites in GameDev Market. It's only the sleeping sprites.
• There are 16 cats on the map.
• When the Halloween 2025 event was released, the cat design was changed to have a witch's hat.
