The selection list of Emojis

The appearance of emoji

Chatting was added in the 14/6/19 update. They allow players to communicate with each other. To use them, hit the enter button and the circle will appear around you (as shown to the right). After you choose an emoji, it appears above your name. Clouds, bushes and igloos will hide emojis. There is also a speech bubble branching off which you can use to send text messages to other players or link your discord account. This was added in the 01/07/21 update.

Discord (level 5+)

If your EvoWorld.io account is level 5 or higher, you can ask others for their discord account. When selected, a discord logo with a question mark logo on top of it appears over your character. If someone else asks you for discord, you can send them your profile.

Scanning

If you press enter, a scanning icon will appear. If you click it, the icon will change, and clicking on it reveals icons that show the players' level, evolution when you scanned, and their name. When clicked, they will show their ID, if they are registered, their join date, the amount of exp they need to rise to the next level, if they have a premium account, and their skins and pets (if they have one).

Reporting Nicknames

If a player's nickname is inappropriate or offensive, you can report their nickname. First, you will have to click the "Report nickname" button below the player's profile. Then, there will be a box that you need to fill out what the name means and what language it is in. For the player's nickname to be reported, you must check "I confirm that the player's name is inappropriate and I understand that false reports may result in my account being banned". Then the "Report nickname" button will be clickable. Upon clicking, it will say "Thank you for reporting, it makes our community better!". However, you can't report your own nickname or a guest's nickname.

Trivia

• If you use an emoji and have a Pet, the emoji will appear above the pet too. However, the same does not occur for speech bubbles.
• A gem emoji can appear in game only if you collect an in-game gem, but it cannot be selected from the emoji menu.
• Players can use the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, Q, E, and R keys as shortcuts for chatting.
