The Cosmic Plant is a non-playable entity in EvoWorld.io and a food exclusive to the Cosmic Insect (only the Cosmic Insect will get XP from it). It was added on February 18, 2019.

Entities that can eat the Cosmic Plant
- Below is a list of entities that can eat the Cosmic Plant, and the EXP that the predators of the Cosmic Plant will gain. The base EXP is that for a player with no bonuses. "Your EXP" applies the bonus you specified in your personal JavaScript, see Template:Your EXP for how to do this. Entities with an orange background and asterisk (*) below can mutually be damaged by the Cosmic Plant.
Behavior[]
- Spawns on some of the floating islands in space (include two of the largest one in the both extremes of the map). Remains stationary. It is invincible to all means and purposes, albeit some unknown bugs have been able to damage this plant. Every player touching the Cosmic Plant will receive oxygen, allowing the player to stay in space longer before coming down. It also gives XP to the Cosmic Insect upon contact.

- It is one of the few non-playable entities that can collide with the Ghost.
- It is one of the few non-playable entities that is impossible to be killed by reapers.
- The bug that allowed Cosmic Plants to be damaged could be done by a Dragon (preferably one who has less than 200 XP left to evolve) releasing a fireball, evolving to the Cosmic Insect and waiting for the fireball to hit the Cosmic Plant.
- This doesn't work anymore due to the addition of the Phoenix.
- It is still unknown, however, if the bug still works. If a Dragon releases a fireball, upgrades to a Phoenix, quickly kills some Swamp Monsters and Pterodactyls and evolves to the Cosmic Insect while the fireball is still there, the Cosmic Plant may be damaged.
- There are 17 Cosmic Plants on the map, with one located in the Secret Room.
- This doesn't work anymore due to the addition of the Phoenix.
