The Owl is an animal in EvoWorld.io and the twentieth animal stage a player can achieve. You can spawn in as this animal with a level 19 account or higher.

The EXP values listed below assume the player has no Bonus Codes or other boosters. If the player does have one, multiply the value shown by the EXP bonus (as a decimal, not a percent) to find how much XP will be gained.

Note: '%' means that the entity will only get a fraction of the Owl's EXP.

Strategies & Tips

As an Owl

  • The Owl used to have zero predators, but the June 6 2018 update fixed this apparent hiccup and introduced 5 predators, making the Owl not as safe as it used to be. However, it is still kind of safe to farm as one.
  • The Owl can see fairly well underground, which makes Mice somewhat safe to eat, but it's not necessarily the best idea. Sometimes it may be better to acquire a much more aggressive playstyle, especially in crowded servers, where other players have eaten the rest of your non-playable food.
    • With that being said, start eating Pigeons and Parrots if you find one of them.
  • There are a bunch of Frogs in the Swamp and are enough to evolve into the Maroon Bird fast, unless there are Storks madly targeting them or Swamp Monsters to poison you. Worms, Mice and Eggs are also pretty decent for leveling up fast.
  • When escaping from predators, there are some things to note:
    • 1- Take advantage of your noticeably bigger vision underground to escape predators that are not Mad Bat, Demonic Bat, Ghostly Reaper, Pumpkin Ghost or Grim Reaper.
    • 2- Swamps are kind of dangerous, but you can farm only the Woodpeckers. 5 of them will level you up, assuming all Woodpeckers are there.
    • 3- Be ware, you are not safe even in the open. Phoenixes tend to target Parrots, Ducks and Pigeons a lot.
      • 3.5- You are even less safe if you evolve near a Hornet. Hornets have the advantage of not being eaten by Phoenixes and can poison you (along with the Phoenix's fire). However, it can backfire against them, since Maroon Birds give a lot of XP, enough to level it up, making it vulnerable to the Phoenix.

As the prey of an Owl

  • Flee the scene if you see one coming your way, their critical attacks may be devastating! Pigeons are the most threatened given they tend to be the most common animal in crowded servers, and they bring a fair amount of XP to the table.
  • Parrots should also stay alert for an Owl's attack, since Woodpeckers are where the Parrot will farm! parrots give also a fair amount of XP to the table.
  • Ducks are somewhat more safe in relation to Owls. They have the high speed on water and the high oxygen reserves in it. Ducks also give significantly less XP (but still a lot!) to in relation to Parrots and Pigeons.

As the predator of an Owl

  • If an Owl has chosen to farm underground, corner it and ambush it.
  • Owls tend to stick around the Swamp or anywhere with lots of Mice. Albeit those patterns have become less common, you can still head there to get a bite at one.
  • You can also try flower fields, since it and its evolution will be farming for Woodpeckers, Pigeons and Parrots (Owl), as well as Wasps, Butterflies and Cherries (Maroon Bird).
